The screw sludge dewatering machine is a type of water treatment equipment commonly used in municipal sewage treatment projects as well as in industries such as petrochemical, light industry, chemical fiber, papermaking, pharmaceuticals, leather, and more. It offers several advantages, including:
The discharging device is a critical component of the screw sludge dewatering machine, as it directly impacts work efficiency, sewage purification quality, and overall service life. In response to these needs, our company redefined the design and production process of the discharging device, moving away from traditional manufacturing methods. After numerous tests and demonstrations, we adopted a mortise and tenon joint combination welding structure. This innovative approach offers several benefits: consistent positioning, high precision, minimal welding deformation, and no need for most welding fixtures, leading to higher production accuracy and efficiency—twice as fast as conventional methods—and material savings.
Strong Resistance to Oily Sludge, Easy Separation, and No Clogging
The dewatering body of the screw stack sludge dewatering machine is designed as a filter cylinder, consisting of alternating fixed and moving rings, with a screw shaft running through the center. As the sludge is conveyed, the rotating shaft pushes the moving rings to perform a circular motion, which automatically cleans the filter gaps. This self-cleaning mechanism makes it particularly effective for handling highly viscous, oily sludge. Compared to traditional dewatering machines, it offers significant advantages, as conventional dehydrators often experience clogging during operation, which obstructs filtrate discharge and severely reduces dewatering efficiency.
Integrated Sludge Concentration and Dewatering – Direct Dehydration of Low-Concentration Sludge
This machine combines sludge concentration and dewatering into a single process, allowing it to handle low-concentration sludge directly without the need for a separate concentration stage.
